One of the most interesting lighthouses, Rubjerg Knude, built in 1900, stands as a testament to both natural forces and human ingenuity. Once buried by the coastal drifting sand dunes along Denmark's North Sea coast, this lighthouse was so deeply covered that it obscured even its light. To preserve this iconic structure, local authorities undertook an engineering feat to relocate it, capturing the hearts of many. This 11x14 watercolor from PBridges Watercolor beautifully contrasts the deep blue of the North Sea with the pale white sand, showcasing a moment in history and nature's relentless beauty. Enhance your space with a piece that speaks to resilience and transcendent beauty.

Frames were all designed and created by my dad, Johnny Simpson from reclaimed wood. From oak to pine to cedar he makes them all beautiful. Please message me and I will send pictures of current frames. They do change as Johnny constantly builds new ones as they sell.
